Adaptive Dance for Young Dancers | Ages 5-11

SUNDAYS FROM 12-12:45PM

Come dance with us! Adaptive Dance for Young Dancers is a joyful blend of Creative Movement, ballet, hip hop, and jazz for Neurodivergent and Disabled youth ages 5-11. Each class begins with Brain Dance to support regulation and readiness, then follows the energy and interests of the dancers—mixing technique, rhythm, and playful choreography. Activities are accessible for every body, with options for seated or standing participation and lots of opportunities to connect with peers.

Each class is facilitated by a dance teaching artist, one support staff, and volunteer dance buddies. One-on-one or shared support will be provided for each dancer, including personal care.

Adaptive Yoga Stories for Teens & Young Adults | Ages 14 & Up

Come move and breathe with us! Yoga Stories weaves Ashtanga foundations with playful explorations in Hatha and Vinyasa. Each class co-creates a simple story with participant input, builds a gentle Sun Salutation flow, and closes with a sensory-friendly shavasana to support regulation and rest. Activities are accessible for every body, with options for seated or standing participation, props and supports, and lots of choice-making.

Classes are led by a skilled yoga instructor with support staff and volunteer buddies. One-on-one or shared assistance—including personal care—is provided to ensure a positive, inclusive experience. All mobility styles and experience levels are welcome.

Drama Therapy for Teens & Young Adults | Ages 13 & Up

Come create and connect with us! This brand-new group uses improvisation, storytelling, role play, ensemble games, movement, and voice to explore identity, emotions, and relationships in a supportive space. Each session begins with grounding and check-ins, moves into skill-building and collaborative scene/character work, and closes with reflection and a sensory-friendly regulation practice.

Classes are led by a skilled teaching artist with support staff and volunteer buddies. One-on-one or shared assistance—including personal care—is provided to ensure a positive, inclusive experience. All mobility styles and experience levels are welcome.

Musical Movement and Theater | Ages 5-12

SUNDAYS FROM 3:30-4:30pm

October 5, 19, November 2, 16, 30, December 7, 21

Come play, sing, and move with us! This joyful class blends music, movement, and theater for younger dancers and actors. We’ll explore songs and storybooks, practice turn-taking and feelings vocabulary, and build confidence through imaginative play and ensemble games. Each session includes a playful warm-up, story-led movement and music activities, theater games for social-emotional skills, and a calming closing routine.

Classes are led by a skilled teaching artist with support staff and volunteer buddies. One-on-one or shared assistance—including personal care—is provided to ensure a positive, inclusive experience.

Registration

All classes are $189 for the 7-week series. DDA respite funds are accepted for all programs, and financial assistance is available. Submit a registration request below to enroll today!

  DDA Funds Accepted for AIM Programs

We welcome families who want to pay for classes with DDA respite hours. 

  • Families who use respite hours must commit to the entire week and sign a DDA respite policy agreement. See DDA Policies 

  • If you do not have enough DDA respite hours to pay for the entire camp, you must pay out of pocket for the remaining balance.

  • We will bill DDA for the full camp hours at the end of that week.

  • Please indicate DDA respite hours as a preferred form of payment on the intake form to help us plan. 

  • Please ensure that you are dropping off your dancer and picking up within camp start and finish times.
    Otherwise, we must bill respite hours for the extra time in 15 minute increments.

  • Please remember to notify your Case Manager that you are beginning a new activity
